(born 22 October 1988) is an Indian actress who appears in Hindi films. In 2011, she was signed by Aditya Chopra for a three-film contract with Yash Raj Films and made her screen debut in Sharma’s Ladies VS Ricky Bahl. She won the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut and was nominated for Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress.
Parineeti was born on 22 October 1988 in Ambala, Haryana in a Punjabi family to Pawan Chopra and Reena Chopra, she is a cousin of actress Priyanka Chopra. Parineeti Chopra did her schooling from Convent of Jesus and Mary, Ambala. She later joined Manchester Business School, UK to study Finance and Economics. Due to recession,she came back Mumbai and joined as a Marketing & PR consultant at Yash Raj Films since 2009 until she gave auditions for movie makes and bagged roles in Ladies VS Ricky Bahl and Ishaqzaade.

Parineeti chopra in Ladies VS Ricky Bahl, played the role of Dimple Chaddha and almost all critics have praised her highly for her acting skills. Apart from that in movie Ishaqzaade, she is in lead role with prolific producer Boney Kapoor's son Arjun kapoor. Ishaqzaade is an upcoming romantic movie which is presently in production stage and set to release in May 2012.
